comment about the securities at guard house

I am one of the residents of Casa Ria who stay at 283-xx-xx since 2007. Here, I would like to discuss about an issue regarding the securities at our guard house in Casa Ria.

Back to 2007, when I decided to buy a house in Casa Ria is mainly because I like the environment, especially when the first time I came to see the house, I noticed the attitude of the guards towards our visitors were very strict. I still could remember that the pervious securities were asking for my IC for verification and this is the main reason made me moved in Casa Ria as I strongly believed that I was going to live in a safety and comfortable residence.

However, I found the guard house has changed new faces few months ago. Even if my friends come to visit me are also complaining that why the securities are so free and easy. They were always in a group of 3 to 4 person sitting in the guard house and gossiping. So sad to say that they are simply let the “gate to be open all the times". There was even one time when I entered casa ria from guard house, I even saw they were putting their hands on head and shaking their legs. They even kept doing it without looking at my face while I was entering the guard house!! Oh my god!!!) Your hired security guards strongly made all the residents of Casa Ria feel that if anyone who wishes to enter casa ria is all welcomed by them by just simply getting into our place without any checking. What has been going here? I’m waiting for an answer. I was so surprised that the new management has requested each of residents must buy the car sticker and stick on the cars and telling us that we need to use the gate no3 to enter if we are not using the scanning card. Mostly is because the gate is closed or having doesn’t know what kind of "shitty" problem all the while?? Anyhow, we suppose to show the securities our car sticker or else we will no eligible to enter Casa Ria!!! But, how come the stories are so much different! They could smile to everyone who wants to enter Casa Ria. Yet, I’m worried about of someday an unknown group of thieves or robbers enter o Casa Ria, what will go to happen to us?

Recently, I heard that there were already 2 robbery cases happened nearby my house only few weeks ago!! I, myself just bumped into robbery mid of this month near Casa Ria in Maluri in the early morning 7am. There was a group of young Malay motorcyclists aged between 16-25 years old suspected as "Mat Rempit" have appeared in Maluri. That time I was sitting inside my car. They attacked us and took all our belongings. Fortunately, we all were not injured. This incident really had made me very afraid whenever I want to go out. Last time, I really thought that casa ria is a safe place for me to stay until I found the irresponsible attitudes from the securities in our condo. Moreover, I heard from our neighbors that there were already 2 robbery cases inside Casa Ria .Gosh...it makes me even worry on our safety and what kind of security we could still get from the management? So, I really wish the management could take a serious action onto this problem. Kindly advice is given that we hope to change the securities as we are the residents who kept paying the maintenance for unsecured environment or proper training should be given to the securities.
